The entire building sits on a 2.4-acre site and is outfitted as a Class-A office for Medical Professionals and Clinics. The site also has a 5-story parking garage for tenants and guests.

This corporate office will hold more approximately 1,200 employees in the company’s sales, operations, engineering, human resources, finance, and other support functions. The project is currently seeking LEED Platinum certification.
Dally + Associates is collaborating with Powers Brown Architecture, Harvey Builders, and Griffin Partners on the structural design for the Houston Spaceport Facility for Collins Aerospace. The 115,000-sf facility will sit on 8.3 acres in the south quadrant of Ellington Airport and will provide space for manufacturing and office workers.
