Millennium Plaza
Dally + Associates collaborated with Page/ to complete the design for this 14-story, 348,000 sf office building in Dakar, Senegal. Below the building sits one level of below-grade parking for both employees and visitors.

NALCO Office Building
Dally + Associates, Powers Brown Architecture, and E.E. Reed Construction collaborated on the design of a 133,400 sf, 4-story concrete tilt-up office building constructed in Sugar Land, TX. There are two interior structural steel column lines around the building core, and the building will be designed to accommodate a future 80-foot expansion in the longitudinal direction.
The Treehouse
Dally + Associates collaborated with Studio Red Architects and MetroNational Development to complete this 2-story, 14,776 sf building, which serves as the office space and showroom for MetroNational. The building was designed to serve a multitude of purposes, such as patient care, research and education for undergraduate and graduate students, trainees, employees, professional and the public.
Grand Crossing
Dally + Associates collaborated with Powers Brown Architecture and Trammell Crow Company to complete this 3-story, 180,000 sf tilt-up office building. The building was designed with an attached 4-level, pre-cast parking garage for the building’s occupants.
ExxonMobil
Dally + Associates collaborated with Page/ to complete the design for this 6-story, 180,000 sf corporate office building in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea. The building was designed to be used as ExxonMobil’s headquarters in Equatorial Guinea, and consists of composite structural framing.
C-Panel Office Building
