ExxonMobil

Dally + Associates collaborated with Page/ to design this 3-story, 98,000 sf training center for ExxonMobil in Beaumont, TX. The center consists of a training area, offices, conference rooms and cafeteria, and the entire structure was designed for blast resistance.

Havenwood Office Park

Dally + Associates collaborated with Powers Brown Architecture and E. E. Reed Construction to complete the design for this 4-story, 250,000 sf Class A office building in Spring, TX. The office park also features a 3-level, 873 car parking garage adjacent to the building, covered walkways and an outdoor plaza area with seating.

The Offices at Museum Square

Dally + Associates collaborated with AUTOARCH Architects to design this 20,000 sf office and retail building located in Sugar Land, TX.

Avenue CDC

Dally + Associates is currently collaborating with Page/ to design a new Office and Home Ownership Center for Avenue CDC, a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing quality affordable homes, educating first time homebuyers, and strengthening communities. The 3-story office building will be a steel-frame structure with brick veneer, metal siding and concrete paving.

Republic Tube, In.c

Dally + Associates collaborated with Powers Brown Architecture to complete the design of this 2-story office building and 5 adjacent single-story buildings on vacant tract of land approximately 80 acres in size.

United General Hospital

Dally + Associates collaborated with Page/ and Harvey Builders to complete the design for this 10-story, 221,000 sf medical office building in Houston, TX. Adjacent to the building stands a 14-level, 1,400 car parking garage designated for building occupants and visitors.

Spring Valley Village MOB

Dally + Associates collaborated with Kriksey Architecture and DPR Construction to design this 5-tory, 125,000 sf building specifically for Stream Realty. The entire building sits on a 2.4-acre site and is outfitted as a Class-A office for Medical Professionals and Clinics. The site also has a 5-story parking garage for tenants and guests.

Grundfos Americas Regional Center

Dally + Associates is collaborating with PGAL and Harvey Builders to complete is brand new, $22 Million, 45,000 sf, regional center for Grundfos America. This corporate office will hold more approximately 1,200 employees in the company’s sales, operations, engineering, human resources, finance, and other support functions. The project is currently seeking LEED Platinum certification.
