Dally + Associates is collaborating with Midway, Munoz Albin, and Kirksey to design a brand new 19-floor mixed-use office building in the City Center development in Houston. The building will include 16 floors of office space, an integrated 5-level parking garage, and a first-floor lobby. The first floor will also incorporate retail space to provide additional options for City Center visitors and building occupants.
