Dally + Associates and Page are collaborating with Midway to design three new, 2-story mixed-use buildings in the City Centre development. The buildings range in size from 11,000 SF to 25,000 SF and will service guests of the shopping center and adjacent office towers.

District West

Dally + Associates and Gensler are currently collaborating to design a 100-acre mixed-use development within the West Houston master-planned community of Parkway Lakes. This development contains roughly 500,000 sf of retail, restaurant, office, health care and hospitality developments, and tenants include Star Cinema Grill, Whiskey River, Kelsey Seybold Clinic and Los Cucos Mexican Café.

Dally + Associates is collaborating with Gensler to design this brand new 60-acre mixed-use development in Katy. The site will include a hotel with 314 rooms, a conference center, 60,000 sf of office space, and 140,000 sf of retail/restaurant space.

Valley Ranch Town Center

Dally + Associates and CDA Architects are currently collaborating to complete the design for this 1,500,000 sf mixed-use development that spans over 240 acres. The development features retail stores and restaurants such as Chili’s, Chic-fil-A, Academy, Party City, Hobby Lobby and Freebirds, and will also include a movie theater, fitness center, bowling alley etc.
