Dally + Associates is collaborating with Page/ and Midway on the structural design of Phase 1 of this new mixed-use development located along the Buffalo Bayou in Houston’s Fifth Ward. The East River project sits on 150 acres and is expected to be completed in 2023. The development will provide office space, retail stores, restaurants, and residential housing. Our team is responsible for the design of 250,000 sf of Class A office space and 110,000 sf of high-end retail space.
