University of Houston Clear Lake – Pearland Health Science Building

Dally + Associates collaborated with PBK Architects and Austin Commercial Construction on a brand new 39.61 – acre site for the University of Houston Clear Lake at Pearland. The new 23,487 sf building site includes a detention pond expansion, parking lots, and underground utilities.

University of Houston Clear Lake – Hunter Hall Student Housing

Dally + Associates collaborated with PBK Architects and Tellepsen Construction on design and prepare the new site for a brand new 17,252 sf student housing building. The site also includes all the necessary underground utilities the new building will need.

Lamar Institute of Technology Technical Arts Building

Dally + Associates collaborated with PBK Architects and the Texas Stat University System (TSUS) on a new 1 – acre site for the new 18,445 sf academic building for LIT in Beaumont. The site also includes all the necessary underground utilities for the site and building.

Accurate Meter & Supply

Dally + Associates collaborated with Collaborate Architects on to design and prepare this new 5.4-acre site for Accurate Meter & Supply’s new company headquarters in Katy. The site includes a 10,000 sf warehouse, detention pond, parking lot, and underground utilities.

SNAPP Industrial Park

Dally + Associates collaborated with American Commercial Contractors on this new 10.37 – acre industrial site for SNAPP. The 111,000 sf warehouse located on site will be joined by a detention pond, parking lot, and we planned the layout for all underground utilities.

Milby High School, Houston ISD

Dally + Associates collaborated with PBK Architects and DivisionOne Construction on the new 18.87 – acre site for Milby High School in HISD. The new school building is a 7,523 sf which our team planned along with all the sidewalks on the campus and all underground utilities that will service the site.

Child Advocates of Fort Bend

Dally + Associates collaborated with Gensler Architecture on this new 1.15 – acre site for the Child Advocate of Fort Bend. The site includes a new 8,519 sf building, sidewalks, a parking lot, and underground utilities.

City of Houston Material Recycling Facility

Dally + Associates collaborated with FCC Environmental and Horizon International Group Construction on the new, state of the art, 10.77 – acre site and 117,455 sf building for the City of Houston. The team was also responsible for planning the detention pond, parking lot, and all underground utilities for the new facility.
