Heights Medical Office Building

Dally + Associates is collaborating with Kaim Associates, Inc. on this design of this 3-story, 25,000 sf medical office building in Houston, TX, which also includes a below grade lower level parking structure.

Spring Branch Community Health Care Center

Dally + Associates collaborated with PBK to complete the design for this 3,326 sf community health care center in Houston, TX. The center houses screening areas for health visits, a nutrition center, counseling offices and classrooms for health education.

Mission Bend Library

Dally + Associates collaborated with AUTOARCH Architects to complete the design for this 23,000 sf public library in Fort Bend County. The library is designed with an expansive north façade, which allows a large amount of natural daylight to stream into the building.

Galena Park ISD | Cloverleaf Elementary School

Dally + Associates is currently collaborating with IBI Group to complete the design for this new elementary school that will replace the existing 72-year-old facility. The new facility will accommodate up to 900 students and will include classrooms for pre-school through 5th grade,  a computer lab, gymnasium, cafeteria and administrative offices.

Avenue CDC

Dally + Associates is currently collaborating with Page/ to design a new Office and Home Ownership Center for Avenue CDC, a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing quality affordable homes, educating first time homebuyers, and strengthening communities. The 3-story office building will be a steel-frame structure with brick veneer, metal siding and concrete paving.

Republic Tube, Inc.

Dally + Associates collaborated with Powers Brown Architecture to complete the design of this 2-story office building and 5 adjacent single-story buildings on vacant tract of land approximately 80 acres in size.

City of Houston Judson Robinson Sr. Community Center

Dally + Associates collaborated with Harrison Kornberg Architects to design a new 23,000 sf replacement community center. The facility includes a full-size gym, large classroom, lobby, kitchen, computer, storage, mechanical room and restrooms. An additional 87 surface parking lots were also added to increase the current amount of parking.
