HCC Northline Campus – Classroom Building & Parking Garage

Dally + Associates collaborated with PGAL on this 204,896 sf classroom building and 5-story parking garage that includes classrooms, labs, an art studio, a kinesiology/fitness training center, a large auditorium/lecture hall, a bookstore, a student lounge, administrative spaces, faculty spaces and building support.

United General Hospital

Dally + Associates collaborated with Page/ and Harvey Builders to complete the design for this 10-story, 221,000 sf medical office building in Houston, TX. Adjacent to the building stands a 14-level, 1,400 car parking garage designated for building occupants and visitors.

University of Houston Clear Lake – Pearland Health Sciences Building

Dally + Associates is currently collaborating with PBK and Austin Commerical to design an energy-saving and environmentally responsible multi-story academic building approximately 69,000 sf in size which will accommodate Nursing and Criminology and other programs at the UHCL Pearland Campus. College of the Mainland – STEAM & Allied Health Center

Dally + Associates is collaborating with PBK Architects firm to design the STEAM & Allied Health Center for College of the Mainland in Texas City. The 152,000 sf building will have a construction cost of $55 Million and will allow the college to expand its popular nursing program and the cybersecurity networking lab.

Spring Valley Village MOB

Dally + Associates collaborated with Kriksey Architecture and DPR Construction to design this 5-tory, 125,000 sf building specifically for Stream Realty. The entire building sits on a 2.4-acre site and is outfitted as a Class-A office for Medical Professionals and Clinics. The site also has a 5-story parking garage for tenants and guests.

Allen Samuels Volkswagen

This new dealership was designed in conjunction with the architect to service a small market on the North side of Oklahoma City. This single building sits on a small piece of land is includes a showroom/sales floor in the front and a service and parts facility in the back.

Gillman Subaru of San Antonio

This project consisted of the demolition of an existing building to make room for a new addition to the Gillman Honda dealership to sell Subaru vehicles. Dally + Associates worked with the architect to design a building that would include an expansive showroom floor with outdoor canopy, sales area, and attached vehicle maintenance shop.

Jeff Haas Mazda

This project is a collaboration between Dally + Associates and Goree Architects. The new Jeff Haas Mazda dealership will include a 61,48 sf, 2-story building that will house a showroom, sales floor, and customer lounge. Keating Toyota

This project was a brand new, ground-up construction on undeveloped land. Our team worked closely with the architect and the owner so ensure that this building would meet company standards that ensure each dealership have matching features. This new dealership location was chosen to engage new customers along Houston’s Highway 288.
