Dally + Associates and Heights Venture Architecture + Design collaborated to complete the design for this 33 acre shopping center in Kingwood, TX. The project includes 240,000 sf of space for tenants and a Memorial Hermann Convenient Care Center that measures 45,000 sf. Tenants include five different restaurant concepts, such as Raising Cane’s and Tenzen Steak & Sushi Bar, and a Banfield Pet Hospital location.
