Mama Lycha

Dally + Associates collaborated with Method Architecture to complete the design for Mama Lycha’s new corporate headquarters in Houston, TX. The 65,000 sf tilt-wall building includes private offices and collaborative work spaces, a training kitchen, extensive cooler and freezer storage, multiple food processing rooms and a large warehouse for incoming and outgoing products.

Carson Bayport Park

Dally + Associates collaborated with Seeberger Architecture to complete the design of this 365,727 sf warehouse distribution facility. The interior of the building has an open layout that contains private offices, and also allows convenient access to the nearby Houston Ship Channel.

Carson Commerce Center 5

Dally + Associates collaborated with Seeberger Architecture to complete the design of this 71,177 sf tilt-up, concrete panel building in Pasadena, TX. The building contains 7,088 sf of built-out office space, single side load overhead dock doors and 2 drive-up ramps.

Dally + Associates collaborated with PDG Architects to complete the design for multiple building additions for SEC Energy Products & Services. Accurate Meter & Supply

Dally + Associates collaborated with Collaborate Architects on to design and prepare this new 5.4-acre site for Accurate Meter & Supply’s new company headquarters in Katy. The site includes a 10,000 sf warehouse, detention pond, parking lot, and underground utilities.

SNAPP Industrial Park

Dally + Associates collaborated with American Commercial Contractors on this new 10.37 – acre industrial site for SNAPP. The 111,000 sf warehouse located on site will be joined by a detention pond, parking lot, and we planned the layout for all underground utilities.

Amazon Fulfillment Center

Dally + Associates collaborated with Method Architecture and Burton Construction to design this new industrial park in Austin, TX. The site consists of 3 buildings 1 Warehouse/Storage, 90,588 SF New Construction, 1 Warehouse/Storage, 170,718 SF New Construction, 1 Warehouse/Storage, 180,713 SF New Construction totaling 442,019 SF.
