SJC Central Campus – Welcome Center
Dally + Associates collaborated with Page/ Architects on this 43,000 sf building that will provide San Jacinto College students with easy access to student and career services. The building houses the latest in computer and digital technology to provide enrollment, advising, financial aid, tutoring, and other campus services.
SJC North Campus – Cosmetology/Culinary Center
Dally + Associates is currently collaborating with Huitt-Zollars on this 55,450 sf building that will house cosmetology and culinary training and certification programs. The building will be comprised of classrooms and labs for student development, as well as offices for faculty use.
SJC South Campus – Cosmetology Center
Dally + Associates is currently collaborating with Huitt-Zollars on this 39,000 sf building that will house cosmetology training and certification programs. The building will include classrooms and state-of-the-art labs for student development, as well as offices for faculty use.
HCC Southeast Campus – Parking Garage
Dally + Associates collaborated with AUTOARCH Architects and Bartlett Cocke General Contractors to complete the design for this 3-level, 150,000 sf parking garage at HCC’s Southeast Campus. The garage has space available for 600 vehicles and also includes a staff and student lounge as well as a multi-purpose room that seats 100 people.
HCC Northline Campus – Classroom Building & Parking Garage
Dally + Associates collaborated with PGAL on this 204,896 sf classroom building and 5-story parking garage that includes classrooms, labs, an art studio, a kinesiology/fitness training center, a large auditorium/lecture hall, a bookstore, a student lounge, administrative spaces, faculty spaces and building support.
University of Houston Clear Lake – Pearland Health Sciences Building
