The new building expands the administrative services the college can provide to its staff and students and allows for several departments to be combined into one building.

Dally + Associates collaborated with Harrison Kornberg Architects to provide structural engineering services for the construction of a brand new 1-story, 19,000 sf repository (library) capable of holding one million volumes.
Dally + Associates collaborated with PBK to provide structural engineering services for the demolition of the major (central) portion of an existing building while leaving the underground mechanical tunnel in place, as well as modifications to existing MEP infrastructure and renovations to remaining portions of the existing facility.
