SHSU Conroe Allied Health Center

Dally + Associates is collaborating with Smith Group on the design of a brand new 4-story, 90,000 SF building on their new Conroe campus. The building includes Active Learning areas for health professions and general academic classes. Amenities include student commons, multi-purpose rooms, gyms, and changing rooms, and administrative support offices.

Texas Southern University – Samuel Milton Nabrit Science Center Renovation

Dally + Associates collaborated with PBK to provide structural engineering services for the demolition of the major (central) portion of an existing building while leaving the underground mechanical tunnel in place, as well as modifications to existing MEP infrastructure and renovations to remaining portions of the existing facility.

Sam Houston State University – Thomason Building Re-purpose & Renovation

Dally + Associates collaborated with PBK Architects to renovate all interior non-loadbearing walls and replace all of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure within the building.
