The majority of the building was designed to reflect that of a traditional church where mass takes place, while a smaller building housing classrooms for religious education sits adjacent to the church.

Light House Church

Dally + Associates collaborated with E-Studio Architecture to complete the design for this 30,000 sf church in Houston, TX. The building is comprised of a traditional worship area and an attached multi-purpose building that houses an indoor basketball court, meeting room and cafeteria.

Whole Foods Market

Dally + Associates collaborated with Weingarten Realty to complete the design for Whole Food Market’s relocation from its Wilcrest store to a new location across the street that was previously occupied by Randall’s. The new store measures at 45,000 sf and employs between approximately 100 and 120 people.

Park 8ninety

Dally + Associates collaborated with Powers Brown Architecture to design Park 8ninety, a master-planned business park located on Beltway 8 and US 90A in Houston, Texas.  The development could accommodate more than 1.75 million square feet of industrial space. Colony Crossing II

Dally + Associates collaborated with Powers Brown Architecture to complete the design for this 1-story, 90,000 sf office and warehouse in Houston, TX. This project utilized load bearing tilt-up wall construction and has ample ground parking space for employees and visitors.

Alfa Laval

Dally + Associates collaborated with Hines, Powers Brown Architecture and Dyad Construction to complete the design for this 1-story, 103,200 sf crane served industrial building, 30 ft clear height in Houston, TX. The building utilized load bearing tilt-up wall construction.   

HCC Central College – San Jacinto Building Renovation & Building Envelope

Dally + Associates collaborated with Kirksey to complete the $60 Million renovation of this 100+ year old building that is on the National Register of Historic Places. The Village School – Athletic Facility

Dally + Associates and Fanning Howey + House Partners collaborated to complete the design for a 46,500 sf athletic facility for the Village School in Houston, TX. The facility includes a gymnasium, a natatorium, locker rooms, classrooms and office space.

HCC Southeast Campus – Parking Garage

Dally + Associates collaborated with AUTOARCH Architects and Bartlett Cocke General Contractors to complete the design for this 3-level, 150,000 sf parking garage at HCC’s Southeast Campus. The garage has space available for 600 vehicles and also includes a staff and student lounge as well as a multi-purpose room that seats 100 people.

The Market Square at Eldridge

Dally + Associates and The Thompson Nelson Group collaborated to complete the design for this 56,000 sf shopping center in Houston, TX. The shopping center is anchored by Target and includes additional retailers such as Home Goods, TJ Maxx, Michaels, ULTA Beauty, Payless, Famous Footwear, and PetSmart.
