Dally + Associates is collaborating with PBK Architects on this brand new three-story building. Galveston College desires a state of the art facility for nursing and health sciences technical education that is flexible and promotes the future trends in healthcare. The completely new Nursing Health Sciences Education Building will have classrooms and labs, and will be connected and related to provide a more seamless experience for students. Immersive hospital settings will also be used to enhance clinical experiences for Nursing, EMT and Allied Health students. These new simulation labs will allow faculty to develop situational training in obstetrics, pediatrics, and ICU settings.

Dally + Associates collaborated with Harrison Kornberg on the 3-story building will be about 140,000 sf with capacity for about 7,000 students. The second and third floors have classrooms, science labs, offices and a student lounge. Offices will also be housed on the first floor, along with a room for HCC-Katy’s horticulture program.

Dally + Associates is worked with Huitt-Zollars on this 55,450-sf building that will house cosmetology and culinary training and certification programs. The building is comprised of classrooms and labs for student development, as well as offices for faculty use.

Dally + Associates collaborated with IBI Group to complete this 3-story, 90,000 sf addition to an existing facility at San Jacinto College in Pasadena, TX. This space was designed to be used as a lab space for the dental and nursing programs at San Jacinto College, and the structure was designed to minimize vibration, as most of the dental equipment installed was sensitive to vibration.

Dally + Associates is collaborating with Huitt Zollars on this brand new 65,000 sf, 70-acre site, that includes 2.5-acre flatwater pond, variable configuration swift water channel, as well as an urban flood simulator with mock-up buildings and a low head dam simulation. The design also features re-configurable obstacles and movable equipment to sculpt the swift water channel into a wide range of rescue training scenarios as well as the ability to vary the hydraulic conditions dynamically.

Dally + Associates collaborated with PBK Architects firm to design the new Industrial Careers Building for the college in League City, TX. The 90,000 sf building is allotted for the relocation of the Gulf Coast Safety Institute as well as the Occupational Hygiene and Safety Technician and HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) programs. Instrumentation and electrical programs also will be included.

Dally + Associates collaborated with PBK to design a new, 72,000 sf, $31 Million, education building for Blinn College. This Science, Technology, Engineering, and Innovation building will provide expanded laboratory space for Blinn’s science, engineering, and health science programs. It will include approximately 17,000 square feet of laboratory space and a 3,000-square-foot innovation center.

Smith Hall, at the University of Houston – Victoria, Texas is a three-story, 270 bed, 82,000 GSF new construction resident hall for sophomore students. As the UHV Victoria campus continues to shape the vision and image of the campus, contemporary aesthetic, spacious rooms and communal amenities keep the University a competitive option for students. The building provides two classrooms, a game room and television room open to the University on the first floor; and provides a communal kitchen / lounge and study room on each floor for the residents. It was a priority to deliver a modern, inviting presence while maintaining affordability for the residents and University. The project is under construction and under the $19,000,000 budget.

Dally + Associates is collaborating with PBK Architects firm to design the STEAM & Allied Health Center for College of the Mainland in Texas City. The 152,000 sf building will have a construction cost of $55 Million and will allow the college to expand its popular nursing program and the cybersecurity networking lab.

Dally + Associates is currently collaborating with PBK and Austin Commerical to design an energy-saving and environmentally responsible multi-story academic building approximately 69,000 sf in size which will accommodate Nursing and Criminology and other programs at the UHCL Pearland Campus. The building will house four 60 seat classrooms and a 100 seat lecture hall, computer teaching lab and two science teaching labs.

Dally + Associates collaborated with PGAL on this 204,896 sf classroom building and 5-story parking garage that includes classrooms, labs, an art studio, a kinesiology/fitness training center, a large auditorium/lecture hall, a bookstore, a student lounge, administrative spaces, faculty spaces and building support.

Dally + Associates collaborated with IBI Group on the design of this new $60 million, 145,000 sf complex with a separate 8,000 sf, two-story process training unit. The facility boasts 35 custom interior labs, including a multifunctional glass pilot lab, 20 interactive classrooms, 4 custom workstations, advanced control rooms, and conference, training, and assembly spaces to accommodate academic, community, and industrial functions. Students will have access to hands-on training experiences as they work toward associate degrees and industry certifications in Electrical Technology, Environmental Health and Safety Technology, Instrumentation Technology, Nondestructive Testing, Process Technology.

Dally + Associates is currently collaborating with PBK to design a new 4-story, 80,000 sf student housing building for University of Houston Clear Lake. The building will house approximately 300 beds, and the rooms will have a suite style layout that includes two separate bedrooms and a shared bathroom.

Dally + Associates collaborated with EYP Architecture to design this 40,200 sf facility which is located on 8.3 acres in Generation Park. The new facility will support state-of-the-art simulation equipment, hands-on training with a fully functional pilot plant, applied technology, and general academic coursework to train students. In addition to process technology, the building will also provide an area for students to learn instrumentation technology, logistics, and occupational health and safety skills.

Dally + Associates collaborated with Page/ to complete the design for this 2-story, 80,000 sf library for the Lone Star College Tomball campus. The structural framing for this building consists of cast-in place concrete, pan joists and cast-in place two-way flat slabs.

Dally + Associates collaborated with Page/ to complete the design for this 2-story, 24,000 sf wellness center for Lone Star College. The center includes an indoor running track, indoor basketball court, gym/weight room and administrative office space.

Dally + Associates collaborated with Kirksey Architecture to design this new 3-story, 50,000 sf building that supports science, technology and engineering education, and includes 12-laboratories, classrooms, an outdoor observation deck and collaborative design work areas. On each story, four labs are connected by a continuous preparatory area thoughtfully laid out with storage, work tables, and space to prepare experiments.

Dally + Associates collaborated with EYP Architecture (previously WHR Architects) to design two biosafety level three (BSL3) laboratories, locker rooms, toilets and anterooms that support the current BSL3 lab at the Office of the State Chemist Building on the Texas A&M University campus in College Station, TX.

Dally + Associates collaborated with EYP Architecture (formerly WHR Architects) and Madison Construction to complete the design for this 1-story, 10,000 sf laboratory and research center that is part of the Department of Entomology at Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. The state-of-the art facility, which includes laboratories, a conference room, offices, and training areas, provides world-class amenities to teach, conduct research, and host Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service programs and currently supports faculty and graduate students within the urban entomology program.

Dally + Associates collaborated with Harrison Kornberg Architects to provide structural engineering services for the construction of a brand new 1-story, 19,000 sf repository (library) capable of holding one million volumes.

Dally + Associates collaborated with PDG Architects to complete the design for this 1-story, 18,337 sf student center for the HCC Eastside Campus. The building features open space areas, food service, computer labs, make-up rooms, professional offices and a bookstore.

Dally + Associates collaborated with PDG Architects to complete the design for this 1-story, 26,111 sf work-force building for the HCC Eastside Campus. This building includes labs, classrooms, professional offices and training areas.

Dally + Associates collaborated with Kirksey Architecture to complete the design for this 2-story, 67,805 sf building for the HCC Missouri City campus. The building houses economic development, small business management, technology and accounting programs, as well as dedicated classrooms for nursing, medical assisting, retail pharmacy, etc.

Dally + Associates collaborated with PGAL to complete this 1-story, 20,000 sf work-force building for the HCC Northeast Campus- Acres Home Campus. This building includes labs, classrooms, professional offices and training areas.

Dally + Associates collaborated with IBI Group to complete the design for the Houston Community College Global Oil and Gas Drilling Training Center, located at the Northeast Campus. This training center is part of Houston Community College’s RigOne Program and houses a preparatory program for the next generation of entry-level drilling rig crew members who are promotable, retainable, and safety conscious. Designed by and for the drilling contractors, the program advances an innovative solution for the big crew change: trained, technically educated, safety conscious and promotable new hires. The facility helps train students on general and underwater welding, handling and moving large sized pipes, and how to use overhead cranes.

Dally + Associates collaborated with HOK to complete this 5-story, 130,000 s.f. health professions building for Houston Community College. The building features teaching laboratories and classrooms, and caters to over 20 of the school’s health science programs.

Dally + Associates collaborated with PBK to design a new 3-story, 111,862 sf STEM focused facility that sits on approximately 23.4 acres of the existing Hayes Road Campus. The new building was designed to be a state-of-the-art science, technology, and engineering showcase, using 21st century school philosophies and interactive learning environments. The project includes group learning rooms, labs, ‘maker space’, computer rooms, IT support, and large assembly space.

Dally + Associates and Powers Brown Architecture collaborated to complete the design for this new 30,000 sf recreation center for Washington & Jefferson College. The facility includes three indoor tracks lanes, three indoor multi-sport courts, yoga and exercise rooms and batting cages. The facility also includes a pole-vault pen, indoor swimming pool, classrooms and conference rooms.

Dally + Associates collaborated with PDG Architects to provide structural engineering services for the replacement of all handrails in the 10,746 seat multi-purpose Montagne Event Center. This event center is currently home to the Lamar University Cardinals and Lady Cardinals basketball teams.

Dally + Associates collaborated with IBI Group to complete the design for this 2-story, 110,000 sf two phase addition. The addition included classrooms with flexible teaching areas, gymnasium, cafeteria/dining areas, a bookstore, and science & computer labs.
