Dally + Associates collaborated EYP to design this brand new 2-story, 63,000 sf building combining an 11,000 sf Houston Health Department Service Center, 10,500 sf Houston Parks &Recreation Community Center, and a 13,800 sf Houston Public Library Regional Library. The building has 27,700 sf shared-use area consisting of lobby, meeting rooms, classrooms, storage, and management offices, along with a parking garage and surface parking for 300 cars. Our team also redesigned park amenities within the existing 37 acres.
