Dally + Associates collaborated with PDG Architects to provide structural engineering services for the replacement of all handrails in the 10,746 seat multi-purpose Montagne Event Center. This event center is currently home to the Lamar University Cardinals and Lady Cardinals basketball teams.
Lamar Institute of Technology – Technical Arts Building Renovation and Replacement
Dally + Associates collaborated with PBK on this multi-phased project, which includes the demolition of 2 existing buildings, the construction of a new 2-story, 43,000 sf classroom building, and the relocation of utilities from the demolished buildings to the new building.
Texas A&M University – Joint Library Facility
Dally + Associates collaborated with Harrison Kornberg Architects to complete the design for this 18,000 sf new library facility that is jointly operated by The Texas A&M University System and The University of Texas System. Washington & Jefferson College – James David Ross Family Recreation Center
Dally + Associates and Powers Brown Architecture collaborated to complete the design for this new 30,000 sf recreation center for Washington & Jefferson College. The facility includes three indoor tracks lanes, three indoor multi-sport courts, yoga and exercise rooms and batting cages. The facility also includes a pole-vault pen, indoor swimming pool, classrooms and conference rooms.
HCC West Loop Campus – Parking Garage
Dally + Associates collaborated with Kirksey Architecture and Houston Community College to complete the design for this 5-level, pre-cast parking garage at HCC’s West Loop Campus. The garage was designed with classrooms and laboratories on the first floor.
HCC West Houston Institute
Dally + Associates collaborated with PBK to design a new 3-story, 111,862 sf STEM focused facility that sits on approximately 23.4 acres of the existing Hayes Road Campus. HCC Coleman College for Health Sciences
Dally + Associates collaborated with HOK to complete this 5-story, 130,000 s.f. health professions building for Houston Community College. The building features teaching laboratories and classrooms, and caters to over 20 of the school’s health science programs.
HCC Eastside Campus – Student Life Center
Dally + Associates collaborated with PDG Architects to complete the design for this 1-story, 18,337 sf student center for the HCC Eastside Campus. The building features open space areas, food service, computer labs, make-up rooms, professional offices and a bookstore.
