Dally + Associates collaborated with Steinberg Dicky Architects on the design of new 10 building residential apartment complex. Each building will have 3 floors, 30 units, totalling 276,000 SF. The complex will also have a seperate leasing office, gym/fitness center, detention pond, and dog park.
