Dally + Associates collaborated with Harrison Kornberg Architects to complete the design for this 18,000 sf new library facility that is jointly operated by The Texas A&M University System and The University of Texas System. The facility provides off campus storage for the libraries of both systems thereby freeing up space to be allocated for other uses. The facility consists of 18,000 sf of storage for approximately 1,000,000 books along with associated staff office and support spaces. The modular, flexible design also incorporates a plan for two more expansions of similar size as needed in the future.
