A new, 69,000 sf, 2-story automobile showroom, service shop, parts storage, and customer amenity areas will be designed to condition the entire building, including the service shop.  Site work will include paving, utilities brought to the building, landscaping, and lighting. Plan & accommodate for future expansion of service shop.
