Dally + Associates collaborated with Powers Brown Architecture to design Park 8ninety, a master-planned business park located on Beltway 8 and US 90A in Houston, Texas.  The development could accommodate more than 1.75 million square feet of industrial space. The first phase of the project includes three buildings totaling 330,000 sf, with both front- and rear-load space.
