Dally + Associates collaborated with Kriksey Architecture and Tellepsen Construction to design this 5-story, 125,000 sf building specifically for Kelsey Seybold. The entire building sits on a 2.4-acre site and is outfitted as a Class-A office for Medical Professionals and Clinics. The site also has a 5-story parking garage for tenants and guests.

This project consisted of the demolition of an existing building to make room for a new addition to the Gillman Honda dealership to sell Subaru vehicles. Dally + Associates worked with the architect to design a building that would include an expansive showroom floor with outdoor canopy, sales area, and attached vehicle maintenance shop.
