The Center at Pearland Parkway

Dally + Associates and CDA Architects collaborated to complete the design for this 130,000 sf multi-use shopping center in Pearland, TX. The shopping center is anchored by HEB and includes national retailers such as Five Below, TJ Maxx, Ross, Palais Royal, Petco, and Rack Room Shoes.

Havenwood Office Park

Dally + Associates collaborated with Powers Brown Architecture and E. E. Reed Construction to complete the design for this 4-story, 250,000 sf Class A office building in Spring, TX. The office park also features a 3-level, 873 car parking garage adjacent to the building, covered walkways and an outdoor plaza area with seating.
