Dally + Associates collaborated with Goree Architects and Burton Construction on the design of this brand new, 1.6 Million SF, industrial park in Katy, TX for Falcom Development. The project is  LEED certified featuring four state-of-the-art buildings totaling 1.6 million SF. The largest of the buildings is an 855,610 SF cross dock with 40′ clear. Every building includes make-ready features including ESFR sprinkler systems, LED lighting, and spec offices.
