AC Hotel by Marriot – City Center

Dally + Associates is collaborating with eStudio on this brand new 4-story, 200,000 sf housing structure. The building will consist of 172 high-end apartments and a clubhouse. Construction consists of a wood-framed with a post-tensioned slab-on-grade foundation.

The Houston Zoo Elephant Enclosure

Dally + Associates worked with House + Partners Architects to double the elephant complex and includes a 6,500-square-foot barn custom-built to house the zoo’s three bull elephants. The habitat also features a boardwalk with an unobstructed view of the elephants in their new yard and nearly 160,000-gallon pool.

1515 North Main Apartments

Dally + Associates is collaborating with eStudio on this brand new 6-story, 232,000 sf multi-family apartment building on Houstons near Eastside. This building will be comprised of a 4-floor of wood-framed building on top of a 2-floor cast-in-place concrete parking garage. The building will have 190 units, a swimming pool, gym, and residence common areas.

The Brickyard Apartments

Dally + Associates is collaborating with Goree Architects on a new apartment complex consisting of 17 3-story buildings totaling 361,000 sf. The complex will have 348 units and six 1-story parking garages. Each building will be wood framed with a post-tensioned slab-on-grade foundation.

Pinemont Apartments

Dally + Associates is collaborating with eStudio on this brand new 4-story, 200,000 sf housing structure. The building will consist of 172 high-end apartments and a clubhouse. Construction consists of a wood-framed with a post-tensioned slab-on-grade foundation.

Angleton ISD Transportation Center

Dally + Associates collaborated with PBK to design the new 32,751-sf, 57.89-acre, transportation center. This facility is able to hold 104 buses with an administration area, 10 bus maintenance bays, and bus wash and a fueling station. The site also incorporates a 570-car parking lot.

Hardin-Jefferson ISD – Henderson Middle School

Dally + Associates collaborated with PBK on design Henderson Middle School rebuild. After Hurricane Harvey, Henderson Middle School suffered major damage to the point where it was unsuitable for students to and teachers to use the facilities. Dally is honored and excited to see the new middle school up and running in 2023!
