This project is a collaboration between Dally + Associates and Goree Architects. The new Jeff Haas Mazda dealership will include a 61,48 sf, 2-story building that will house a showroom, sales floor, and customer lounge. A service and parts area at the rear of the building will be able to accommodate up to 15 vehicles
This project was a brand new, ground-up construction on undeveloped land. Our team worked closely with the architect and the owner so ensure that this building would meet company standards that ensure each dealership have matching features. This new dealership location was chosen to engage new customers along Houston’s Highway 288.
