Fort Bend Seniors

Dally + Associates collaborated with AUTOARCH Architects to design the addition of a 20,000 sf administration area, conference room and staff work room to the 15 year old Fort Bend Seniors facility. Renovations were also made to the existing facility, commercial kitchen and multi-purpose room.

The Offices at Museum Square

Dally + Associates collaborated with AUTOARCH Architects to design this 20,000 sf office and retail building located in Sugar Land, TX.

Star Cinema

Dally + Associates is currently collaborating with Powers Brown Architecture to design this 1-story, 50,493 sf movie theater in Richmond, TX.

Conroe High School

Dally + Associates is currently collaborating with PBK to design an addition to Conroe High School. The addition will consist of a multi-story 91,000 sf academic education building, as well as a 13,000 sf single-story central plant.

Katy High School No. 9

Dally + Associates is currently collaborating with PBK to complete the design for a new 3-story, 400,000 sf high school for Katy ISD. The facility will accommodate up to 3,000 students and will include two 3-story academic wings that contain classrooms, administration space, CTE rooms, lab rooms, collaboration spaces and science labs.

Adams Junior High School – Katy ISD

Dally + Associates is currently collaborating with PBK to complete the design for a new 2-story, 200,000 sf junior high school for Katy ISD. Cloverleaf Elementary School

Dally + Associates is currently collaborating with IBI Group to complete the design for this new elementary school that will replace the existing 72-year-old facility. The new facility will accommodate up to 900 students and will include classrooms for pre-school through 5th grade,  a computer lab, gymnasium, cafeteria and administrative offices.

Avenue CDC

Dally + Associates is currently collaborating with Page/ to design a new Office and Home Ownership Center for Avenue CDC, a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing quality affordable homes, educating first time homebuyers, and strengthening communities. The 3-story office building will be a steel-frame structure with brick veneer, metal siding and concrete paving.

Republic Tube, Inc.

Dally + Associates collaborated with Powers Brown Architecture to complete the design of this 2-story office building and 5 adjacent single-story buildings on vacant tract of land approximately 80 acres in size.
