NALCO Office Building

Dally + Associates, Powers Brown Architecture, and E.E. Reed Construction collaborated on the design of a 133,400 sf, 4-story concrete tilt-up office building constructed in Sugar Land, TX.  There are two interior structural steel column lines around the building core, and the building will be designed to accommodate a future 80-foot expansion in the longitudinal direction.

Grand Crossing

Dally + Associates collaborated with Powers Brown Architecture and Trammell Crow Company to complete this 3-story, 180,000 sf tilt-up office building. The building was designed with an attached 4-level, pre-cast parking garage for the building’s occupants.
