Dally + Associates collaborated with PDG Architects to complete the design for this 1-story, 28,000 sf church for a Coptic community in Clear Lake, TX. The structural system for this building consists of steel joists, trusses and bar joists.

The building will house approximately 300 beds, and the rooms will have a suite style layout that includes two separate bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
Dally + Associates is collaborating with Sparc+ Architect to design this new approximate 60,000 sf facility with a show room, service garage and parts storage mezzanine. CMU bearing walls for the storage garage, steel framing for the remainder.
