Mike has over 30 years of civil engineering experience where he has been responsible for managing and designing civil engineering and related projects for a wide range of private and public clients. He has been involved in projects from initial research and feasibility studies through preliminary engineering, final design and construction phase services, preparing proposals and construction documents including plans, specifications, quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, project manuals, bid packages and bid tabulations.
