Dally + Associates and Page are collaborating with Midway to design three new, 2-story mixed-use buildings in the City Centre development. The buildings range in size from 11,000 SF to 25,000 SF and will service guests of the shopping center and adjacent office towers.
Dally + Associates and Page/ are currently collaborating the design of a brand new residential tower for Kempenski in Ghana. The building itself will be between 10 and 12 stories tall, and hold approximately 50 residences ranging from conomeniums, townhomes, and a penthouse sute.
