The new building expands the administrative services the college can provide to its staff and students and allows for several departments to be combined into one building.
The Dally + Associates team team with Kirksey on the design of this brand new 3-story, 71,000 SF education building. The new building is an iconic multidisciplinary facility that will continue to grow and promote Houston Christian University’s dedication to excellence. The facilities include new academic facilities, including laboratories, classrooms, and offices.
Dally + Associates collaborated with Kriksey Architecture and Tellepsen Construction to design this 5-story, 125,000 sf building specifically for Kelsey Seybold. The entire building sits on a 2.4-acre site and is outfitted as a Class-A office for Medical Professionals and Clinics. The site also has a 5-story parking garage for tenants and guests.
Dally + Associates and DLR Group are collaborating on the design of a brand new 8-floor, 123,000 SF hotel at Houston’s City Center. This boutique hotel will feature 216 beds, fitness room, bar, greeting and seating areas, and library.
