Dally + Associates is collaborating with PBK Architects firm to design the STEAM & Allied Health Center for College of the Mainland in Texas City. The 152,000 sf building will have a construction cost of $55 Million and will allow the college to expand its popular nursing program and the cybersecurity networking lab.
Dally + Associates collaborated with PBK Architects and Austin Commercial Construction on this brand new, state of the art center that totals 46,633 sf. Our team was also responsible for planning the detention pond, parking lot, and all underground utilities that the new center will utilize on a daily basis.
