2025 Tilt-Up Concrete Association – Achievement Award – Healthcare
Dally + Associates collaborated with Brown McGregor and Arch-Con on this brand new 4-story, 105,000 SF medical office building with cutting-edge diagnostic tools to assess the heart health of its patients. The scope of work consisted of the ground-up, tilt-wall construction and design-build services for a number of build-outs. The first floor consists of a 10,645-square-foot Ambulatory Surgery Center and Imaging/Diagnostics Center. The second floor consists of a 20,000-square-foot clinic. The third floor consists of 25,000 square feet of future clinical space and the fourth floor is a build-out of a 20,000-square-foot clinic with administrative offices.
