Dally + Associates collaborated with Goree and SPD Construction, LLC on the design of this brand new, 391,000 SF parking garage and service center for West Houston Hyunda-Genesis. The structure is precast concrete and was designed in conjunction with Manco Structures. This project won the 2024 Best in Pre-Cast Award from the Pre-cast Concrete Manufactures Association.
