Dally + Associates and Page/ are currently collaborating the design of a brand new residential tower for Kempenski in Ghana. The building itself will be between 10 and 12 stories tall, and hold approximately 50 residences ranging from conomeniums, townhomes, and a penthouse sute. The building will also feature retail spaces and ammenities for guests. The building will sit on the same property as the Kempenski Hotel.
