Dally + Associates collaborated with Goree Architects on a new apartment complex consisting of 17 3-story buildings totaling 361,000 sf. The complex has 348 units and six 1-story parking garages. Each building is designed and built with a wood-framed with a post-tensioned slab-on-grade foundation.
