Houston Community College – Flood Simulation – Resiliency Operations Center

Dally + Associates is collaborating with Huitt Zollars on this brand new 65,000 sf, 70-acre site, that includes 2.5-acre flatwater pond, variable configuration swift water channel, as well as an urban flood simulator with mock-up buildings and a low head dam simulation. The design also features re-configurable obstacles and movable equipment to sculpt the swift water channel into a wide range of rescue training scenarios as well as the ability to vary the hydraulic conditions dynamically.
Hardin-Jefferson ISD – Henderson Middle School

Dally + Associates collaborated with PBK on design Henderson Middle School rebuild. After Hurricane Harvey, Henderson Middle School suffered major damage to the point where it was unsuitable for students to and teachers to use the facilities. Dally is honored and excited to see the new middle school up and running in 2023!
Angleton ISD Transportation Center

Dally + Associates collaborated with PBK to design the new 32,751-sf, 57.89-acre, transportation center. This facility is able to hold 104 buses with an administration area, 10 bus maintenance bays, and bus wash and a fueling station. The site also incorporates a 570-car parking lot.
Harris County Flood Control District Projects

Dally + Associates has worked with DMC Construction on multiple projects throughout the county for the Harris County Flood Control District. Our team has assisted the county in surveying and repairing channels, changing flood control piping, and designing modifications to the bayous throughout the county.
Baldwin Boettcher Branch Library

Dally + Associates collaborated with Architects to provide Civil Engineering services for the Harris County public library system to renovate the Baldwin Boettcher Branch Library after damage from Hurricane Harvey. The new site and building will be designed for water mitigation and drainage for possible future high water events.
reCenter Houston

Dally + Associates worked with Brave Architects on the new 5-story, 50,000 sf facility for a Harris county non-profit addiction recovery organization. Our team provided Civil Engineering services including site layout, grading, utilities and drainage.
City of Houston Material Recycling Facility

Dally + Associates collaborated with FCC Environmental and Horizon International Group Construction on the new, state of the art, 10.77 – acre site and 117,455 sf building for the City of Houston. The team was also responsible for planning the detention pond, parking lot, and all underground utilities for the new facility.
College of the Mainland – STEAM & Allied Health Center

Dally + Associates collaborated with PBK Architects and DivisionOne Construction on the new 18.87 – acre site for Milby High School in HISD. The new school building is a 7,523 sf which our team planned along with all the sidewalks on the campus and all underground utilities that will service the site.
SNAPP Industrial Park

Dally + Associates collaborated with American Commercial Contractors on this new 10.37 – acre industrial site for SNAPP. The 111,000 sf warehouse located on site will be joined by a detention pond, parking lot, and we planned the layout for all underground utilities.

Lamar State College – New Campus Wide Sidewalks

Spring High School 9th Grade Center

The civil team services included fireproofing, forming a pilot channel, putting in a fire access road, roof blocking, overhead MEP, Steel erection, and detail documentation.
Lamar Institute of Technology Technical Arts Building
